It has been discovered that those of you who can't hear the audio on your phone are probably not downloading the PowerPoints. The audio is not available in "preview" mode. That's probably why it is working on laptops & computers.
You can delete the PPT form your phone after your have gone through the slides & listened to the audio in conjunction with your notes.
